Modality: Remote

Schedule: 5 hours per week M-F

Reports to: Director, People Immersion

Duration: 3 Months (October through December)

What We Look for in the Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year proven experience in developing or implementing mentorship programs.
  • Strong understanding of mentorship principles and best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create engaging training materials and conduct effective training sessions.
  • Capable, and adapts as needed, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Program Design
    • Develop a structured mentorship framework, including objectives, timelines, methodologies, expected outcomes tailored to the needs of our employees, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Resource Development
    • Create training materials, handbooks, guidelines, and other resources necessary for mentors and mentees.
    • Implement a process for recruiting, screening, and matching mentors with mentees based on skills, interests, and goals.
  • Implementation Strategy
    • Design an implementation plan that includes timelines, milestones, and evaluation metrics.
  • Training
    • Conduct training sessions for mentors and mentees to ensure they understand their roles, responsibilities, and the benefits of the program.
  • Evaluation
    • Develop evaluation tools to measure the program's effectiveness that inform recommendations for improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO US:

  • Professional Qualifications
  • Experience in designing and implementing mentorship or training programs.
  • Experience in adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Highly responsive communicator
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
