Sunday, October 13th at De Anza Cove in Mission Bay is our annual ALS San Diego Walk supporting and benefiting the San Diego community. Our walk is the biggest fundraising event of the year that helps raise money and awareness that directly helps our organization provide care and resources for people that are living with ALS.

People that are living with ALS, people that have a loved one living with ALS, people that have lost someone to ALS, and people that want to see an end to ALS all come together for this special event.

We are looking for volunteers that will help with set up from 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM for tear down/clean up... we appreciate the support!

The mission of ALS San Diego is to provide comprehensive support and advocacy for people with ALS and their families. We believe it is our job to care, listen, and take action to support all of those impacted by ALS.

Description

We embrace those stricken with the disease with the world's most comprehensive program of care and services. ALS San Diego is committed to enhancing those living with ALS quality of life through the many cost-free programs we offer to individuals and families affected by ALS. We understand the value of those with the disease being able to communicate, function safely in their home, and travel to ALS Clinics for comprehensive evaluation and treatment. Our programs are designed to meet these essential care needs as well as the emotional needs of those in our community and caregivers.
