Position Overview:
The Volunteer Leader is a dedicated and organized individual who will support Precious Pairs Inc. in guiding, mentoring, and coordinating a diverse team of volunteers. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring a positive volunteer experience, fostering a collaborative environment, and helping the organization reach its goals in serving communities worldwide. The ideal candidate is passionate about volunteering, has strong leadership skills, and is able to work effectively in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Volunteer Coordination: Oversee and manage a team of volunteers, ensuring that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and tasks are completed efficiently.
• Training & Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to new and existing volunteers, helping them adapt and thrive in their roles.
• Scheduling: Create and manage volunteer schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for ongoing and new projects.
• Engagement & Motivation: Develop strategies to maintain high volunteer engagement, motivation, and retention through regular check-ins and group meetings.
• Problem Solving: Act as a point of contact for volunteers, addressing any challenges or concerns and facilitating communication with the broader Precious Pairs team.
• Reporting: Track volunteer hours and provide regular updates to the program manager, offering insights on team performance and suggestions for improvement.
• Event Planning: Assist with the planning and coordination of volunteer activities, training sessions, and special events.
