Post It Love, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing handwritten notes of encouragement to elementary students, is looking for a proactive and experienced Volunteer Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in helping us optimize and manage our Salesforce platform, enabling us to grow our reach and impact. Our Salesforce platform is essential for managing our volunteer base, donor relations, and program outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user setup, security, and permissions
• Create and modify custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards to support organizational needs
• Ensure data accuracy by cleaning and maintaining donor, volunteer, and program data
• Assist with the integration of Salesforce with other platforms and tools
• Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce usage and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize Salesforce processes and workflows to increase efficiency
• Stay updated on Salesforce updates and new features, recommending improvements to maximize platform use

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience creating custom reports, workflows, and dashboards
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team
• Passion for Post It Love’s mission of emotional support for students
• Knowledge of nonprofit processes and data management needs is an advantage
