Project Details
As the cold-weather season approaches, our in-shelter resource centers increase their capacity to provide as many shelter beds as possible. With the increased population, we increase the amount of hygiene items needed. Our most needed items include:
- adult underwear (any size, male and female)
- shampoo
- conditioner
- body wash/soap
- body wipes
- deodorant
- nail clippers
- lip balm
- lotion
Donations can be kits or individual items of any size. Our Redwood donation center is located at 1875 S Redwood Rd and is open 9AM - 5PM Monday through Friday. Volunteers of America, Utah is a human services 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with more than 300 paid staff who serve more than 8,000 people across the state each year through programs addressing homelessness, substance abuse, mental illness, and domestic violence. Thousands of volunteers and partners join with us to accomplish our mission to reach and uplift those in greatest need.
