Recruiting Organization: Full Circle Fund
Project Leads are the backbone of our pro-bono project program. Project Leads have the opportunity to identify and work with a Bay Area nonprofit that they’re passionate about and lead a team in delivering a high impact project for their chosen nonprofit. This role is a great way to practice and/or grow your leadership, project management, and team management skills.
What do project leads do?
- Scope projects with local nonprofit organizations that provide tangible deliverables on a clear timeline
- Work with Full Circle staff to recruit a team to execute on the project
- Develop a deep and meaningful relationship with a nonprofit organization and act as their primary point of contact in the program
- Facilitate the successful execution of a project

- Reliability
- Able to work independently and ask for help when needed
- Hold yourself accountable to a timeline and goals
- Be a proactive communicator
- Project management/team management experience
- In a professional, academic, or volunteering setting
- Prior volunteering experience
