Recruiting Organization: Capital Hospice & Palliative Care

Capital Hospice is looking for passionate dedicated volunteers to visit our patients in different areas around Illinois. We are seeking volunteers in the following areas: Chicago, Hazel Crest, Oakbrook, Wheaton, Wooddale, Downers Grove, New Lenox, Cicero, Homewood, and Country Club Hills.

If you are interested in giving back to your community, now is the chance to become a hospice volunteer. As a hospice volunteer there are many things that you can do to give extra support to patients during a difficult time. Some of the things that a hospice volunteer can do while making a visit to a patient includes doing a puzzle, coloring, crossword puzzles, playing card games, read a book/poetry, light errands, painting, listening to music, watch a movie/tv show, and much more!!! The little things always go a long way!
