Project Leads are the backbone of our pro-bono project program. Project Leads have the opportunity to identify and work with a Bay Area nonprofit that they’re passionate about and lead a team in delivering a high impact project for their chosen nonprofit. This role is a great way to practice and/or grow your leadership, project management, and team management skills.
What do project leads do?
- Scope projects with local nonprofit organizations that provide tangible deliverables on a clear timeline
Work with Full Circle staff to recruit a team to execute on the project
Develop a deep and meaningful relationship with a nonprofit organization and act as their primary point of contact in the program
Facilitate the successful execution of a project
Desired Attributes
Reliability
Able to work independently and ask for help when needed
Hold yourself accountable to a timeline and goals
Be a proactive communicator
Project management/team management experience
In a professional, academic, or volunteering setting
Prior volunteering experience

Our community catalyzes change through an engaged philanthropy model comprised pro-bono consulting projects with nonprofits, social issue area discussion circles working toward collective action, an annual giving circle with grants to local social justice organizations, educational systems curriculum, and community building.
