Cat Climber

These in-person volunteers will help with survey and collect data for fundraising reporting and census information. A familiarity with the cat population (names and breed identification) will be required for consistent counts and statistical data. Examples of data collection needs might be keeping a daily headcount of the sanctuary cats and reporting any noticable illnesses or medical conditions to the CEO, updating medical records in our Google drive, and reporting data to 2 national databases on a monthly basis. This volunteer might also be asked to collect data from our local public animal shelters for grant proposals.

Our volunteers are highly valued members and make a difference in the lives of our rescues. As a true sanctuary, we will not breed, sell, exhibit or exploit animals. We are committed to educating the public about the homeless animal crisis and to treat each rescue with respect, love, and kindness. As an individual 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we rely solely on generous people who believe in our mission.

About Mission Possible Homeless Cat Foundation & Sanctuary

Location:

PO BOX 244, Pollok, TX 75969, US

Mission Statement

We believe in a no-kill model of homeless cat welfare and that all of them, whether young or old, social or shy, in good health or poor, deserve a good life. Every cat is to be provided with the medical care, support, and love that is necessary to thrive. Mission Possible Homeless Cat Foundation provides a multitude of services to our cats such as daily food and fresh water, shelter, spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations, microchipping, veterinary care, and home placement for our social cats. We also strive to educate the public on the plight of homeless cats, and explain how each and every person can help. We loan humane traps to the public for free and offer referrals to affordable spay/neuter clinics where possible. We are registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and we have NO paid staff. We are all volunteers.
