Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in merchandising products to create visually appealing and organized displays.
- Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure products are presented in the best possible way.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in retail or merchandising.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A creative eye for making things look beautiful and inviting.

Monarch Thrift Shop provides job training for individuals facing barriers to employment. We are a 501c3 organization that applies commercial strategies to maximize improvements in human well-being.

Description

Monarch Thrift Shop opened in October 2015. We exist to support and serve our community. We do this by selling quality pre-owned merchandise in a boutique shopping environment at affordable prices and at the same time providing support to individuals who face barriers to employment. This includes working with our local restorative justice court and providing job training in retail, customer service, cash register, merchandising, product quality control, and many other aspects of running a business.
