We are seeking a creative and passionate individual to join our team as a volunteer Social Media Content Creator to help lead the planning and execution of a life-changing swim retreat for Black women overcoming aquaphobia. Our ideal candidate is interested in topics related to swim equity, water safety, and other water/swim related topics with a strong sense of empathy and understanding for the target audience.

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with our organization's brand and messaging from a predefined list of topics.

• Visual Storytelling: Create visually appealing and engaging content that captures attention and drives engagement.

• Platform Optimization: Tailor content to specific social media platforms, considering their unique characteristics and audiences.

• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication channels.

• Experience with creative software such as Figma or Canva.

• Ability to apply existing branding elements to creative content.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
