Dalit Welfare Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the marginalized communities in rural areas of andhra Pradesh. As we expand our operations and scale our impact, we are seeking dedicated volunteers with expertise in IT and technical administration to help us set up and manage the necessary tools and systems to operate efficiently.

Role: Technical Support and IT Administration Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to assist with the following:

• IT Setup and Configuration: Installing and configuring essential software tools (e.g., cloud storage, collaboration platforms, communication tools).
• System Administration: Managing user access, permissions, and technical troubleshooting.
• Security Management: Ensuring the security and integrity of our data through proper backup solutions, antivirus software, and encryption practices.
• Tech Support: Offering ongoing support to our team, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of tools and systems.
• Collaboration Tools: Assisting in the setup of project management tools (e.g., CRM monday.com) and internal communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).

Skills Required:

• Experience in IT system administration or tech support
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Knowledge of data security best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

This role offers flexibility in terms of time commitment. Whether you’re available for a few hours a week or can contribute to a larger project, your technical expertise can help us continue our mission.
