Join us in making a meaningful impact at Pink Table Talk: An Empowerment Chat for the Journey, a breast cancer awareness event focused on supporting women of color. We are seeking volunteers to assist with various event activities, including registration, setup, helping attendees, and ensuring the event runs smoothly.

Event Date: October 26th, 2024
Time: 11 AM - 2 PM
Location: 78 E 47th St, Chicago, IL

Volunteer Roles Include:

  • Assisting with event setup and breakdown
  • Greeting and registering attendees
  • Providing information and directions during the event
  • Helping with vendor and panel coordination

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to help
  • Comfortable engaging with attendees

Volunteer Meeting:
There will be a brief volunteer meeting prior to the event to go over volunteer roles and responsibilities.
