Mustang Valley Sanctuary is a not for profit rescue and sanctuary located in West Fulton, NY. We have a large barn, miles of fencing, lots of land and several buildings. We can always use help from skill tradespeople for repairs, trail clearing, maintenance and completion of ongoing projects. If you have carpentry, plumbing, landscaping, electrical or other physical plant maintenance experience, and you can spend a day or two with us, please reach out.

Mission Statement

Rescue and give a safe place for unhandled mustangs.

Description

We rescue mustangs and other horses from unhealthy situations. Our program aims at rehabilitating and finding forever homes for the horses that are a good fit for domestication. Those that may not be a good fit can spend their days roaming our 137 acre sanctuary. We do an EAL program we created called MAL(Mustang Assisted Learning) with Veterans and other at risk populations
