NBCF will host "Ama a tu familia amándote primero," a special event to bring breast health awareness to Spanish speakers in the greater Dallas area. Volunteers will receive orientation and refreshments to help prepare for the day.

Bilingual (Spanish) speaking volunteers are encouraged to register to join us!

We need the help of:

  • 2 greeters: Welcome guests with a friendly hello
  • 2 ushers: Guide guests to the seating area
  • 2 giveaway attendants: Help distribute gift bags to each guest
  • 2 door prize attendants: Help guests enter our door prizes and help pick winners
  • 2 food table attendants: Assist guests as they visit the refreshments table (hand napkins, keep area clean, etc.)
  • 2 photobooth attendants: A photo backdrop will be set up and guests might need help having their photo taken with their own phones/cameras.
  • 1 beauty station helper: Assist the make-up artist as needed
  • 5 floaters: Assist NBCF staff with additional tasks and cover for other volunteers
  • 2 Spanish Speakers at the info booth: Share breast health information in Spanish. Training and a script will be provided.

All volunteer roles will be assigned once all slots are filled. The volunteer timeframe includes orientation, set-up for your tasks, event time, and clean-up of your area.
