Who: Looking for volunteers who are interested in learning to play goalball, as well as guide and provide verbal descriptions of gameplay for athletes with visual impairments. No blindness experience necessary.

Description
The Northwest Association for Blind Athletes [NWABA] enriches lives and provides opportunities for children, youth, adults and veterans who are visually impaired. When individuals with visual impairments experience sports and recreation they have more self-confidence and open up to the possibility that they really can pursue their dreams in both sports and life. Our athletes leave behind sedentary isolated lives and they gain skills, confidence and joy.
