Mother Brook Arts and Community Center's Winter Open Studios on December 7+8, 11am-5pm in Dedham, MA seeks volunteers! This is Mother Brook's biggest event of the year, welcoming over 1,000 guests for a weekend of artist studio visits, exhibition, excellent local food and beverage, live music and more.
This opportunity and the tasks associated are for adult volunteers and college students to help out on Sunday, December 8. High school students, please apply to our other age-specific Volunteer Opportunities. Thank you!
Afternoon Adult Volunteer Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Assisting guests in the parking lot and with wayfinding, directing to overflow lot
- Assisting with the Silent Auction
- Tidying the building, restocking papertowels/toilet paper in restrooms as needed
- Delivering food from food vendors to artists and vendors
- Assisting at the front door welcome table
- Other duties as assigned
- Taking trash out to dumpster at end of shift
- Assisting Visiting Artists with loading out
