Event Information:

Shop more than 120 of the region's best vendors of handcrafted items, locally produced food, and much more at this beloved fall festival.

The Best of Missouri Market(r) features food, crafts, native plants, herbs, beer, wine, craft spirits, custom jewelry, and more.

Logistics:

Hours of the market

Friday, October 4 | 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, October 5-6 | 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Members-only Shopping Hour: Saturday, October 5 | 8-9 a.m.

Please know that the entire market and volunteer stations are outdoors, dress accordingly for the weather.

Volunteer Stations:

Vendor Load In

Volunteers will help direct vendors to their locations as they arrive; volunteers may be asked to help load/ unload and/ or transport supplies. Volunteers must be able to bend, stoop, and lift at least 25 pounds.

Wheelchair & Volunteer check-in

Volunteers will help other festival volunteers check in for their shifts using the Sign-in Console or mobile sign in. This position will also help visitors with wheelchair rentals. Being comfortable with technology is helpful at this station.

Kids' Corner Pumpkin Decorating

Volunteers will engage young children and their families at this station located in the Kid's Corner. Volunteers will engage in sustainable pumpkin decorating practices!

Hand stampers

Volunteer will monitor visitors who will be exiting and re-entering the festival through designated entry/exit points.

Zero-Waste Ambassadors

Help the Garden be as waste minimal as possible and assist in sorting guest's trash in the following collections: Compost, Recycling, Trash

Spink Pavilion Entrance

Volunteers will support staff scan tickets and direct visitors into the market at this entry point.

Vendor Load Out

Volunteers will help vendors load and/ or transport supplies. Volunteers must be able to bend, stoop, and lift at least 25 pounds.
