It’s that time of year! - the DKMS Gala will be held on Thursday, October 17 at Cipriani Wall Street and we need volunteers! Here are the details:

Volunteers are needed to help with

  • Pre-event table checks
  • Guest registration
  • Collecting donations
  • Additional set-up and clean-up activities, as needed

In addition, you will

  • Witness our mission in person - a patient and donor meet for the first time
  • Enjoy dinner with your fellow volunteers
  • This year’s honoree is fashion designer Vera Wang
  • Be provided with transportation home (event ends around 11:30pm)

Please note that this will overlap slightly with your working hours (call time is 3pm). If you are interested in volunteering, please first check with your manager (so together you can make coverage arrangements if necessary) and then email me by Tuesday, October 1st.
