ORGANIZATION: Break the Silence against Domestic Violence

Must be located in United States or Canada to Apply

Role Descripiton: Provide emotional support and resources to their local area to DV survivors through our supportline, checking in on communcations and logging calls.

Key responsbilites:

  • Commit to volunteering one day per week (8hr shift)
  • Check email, vociemails, voxer daily for communcations
  • Log calls by the end of your shift
  • Reguarly check Slack on your scheduled day and at least once every other day

Requriments:

  • Strong communcation and empatheic listening skills
  • High level of commitment to quailty service and attention
  • Ability to handle senstive topics and maintain professionalism
  • Must be free from DV a year
