Hispanic communities are facing barriers, including disproportionate resources crucial to success in entrepreneurship. We at IFEL are committed to providing the support they need to thrive. Your dedication as a volunteer plays a vital role in making this happen.

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we have several exciting opportunities for you to get involved!

(1) Success Circles: Meet with a small business owner on an ongoing basis, focusing on a specific area of their business. This flexible opportunity is designed to fit your schedule and typically involves 3 Zoom meetings. Currently, there is a high demand for help with marketing, executive summaries, and CRM systems, so those skills are especially valuable. However, any business-related expertise is greatly appreciated!

(2) Hackathons (also known as Hands-on-Help sessions): During these 2-hour sessions, you'll work one-on-one with a small business on a specific topic related to their business in Zoom breakout rooms facilitated by the IFEL team.
