We are seeking a dedicated volunteer to assist with administrative tasks at our small non-profit organization. This role is crucial in helping us maintain smooth day-to-day operations and supporting our mission. Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Managing documents and data entry
  • Assisting with scheduling and calendar management
  • Supporting event planning and coordination
  • Providing general office support as needed

This is a flexible volunteer position ideal for someone who has a few hours each week and is passionate about making a difference in the community. Experience with administrative tasks is helpful, but not required.
