O.S.P. Liaison As an O.S.P. Liaison, your role is crucial in fostering and maintaining relationships that are essential to the success of The One Step Program. You will act as a bridge between our organization and key stakeholders in the recovery community, including rehabilitation centers, sober living homes, and substance abuse counselors. Your efforts will help expand our network and ensure that those in need of support are aware of the resources and programs we offer. Key Responsibilities: * Outreach and Relationship Building: Proactively reach out to rehabilitation centers, sober living facilities, and substance abuse counselors to establish meaningful partnerships. Communicate the value and services of The One Step Program to ensure alignment and collaboration. * Maintain Ongoing Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring ongoing communication and engagement. Regularly update them on our program offerings, events, and opportunities for collaboration. * Facilitate Referrals: Work closely with partners to create streamlined referral processes for individuals in need of our services. Ensure that individuals are smoothly transitioned into our program from external facilities. * Program Promotion: Promote The One Step Program to rehabilitation centers and related networks, ensuring that both professionals and clients understand the benefits and opportunities provided by our program. * Attend Industry Events: Represent The One Step Program at conferences, workshops, and meetings within the recovery community. Network with professionals to raise awareness of our mission and expand our reach. * Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from partners on how we can improve our services or better meet the needs of their clients. Relay this information back to the program team to continuously improve our offerings. Qualifications: * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Knowledge of the addiction recovery and mental health landscape * Ability to work independently and take initiative in outreach efforts * Passion for helping individuals on their path to recovery As an O.S.P.
