Overview:

Pathway to Recovery Foundation is dedicated to providing support, education, and resources to individuals affected by addiction and mental health challenges. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Program Designer to help develop and design impactful programs that cater to the needs of our community. The Program Designer will work closely with the Program Director and various teams to design programs that promote recovery, wellness, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design and develop innovative recovery programs and workshops, incorporating best practices in addiction recovery, mental health, and wellness.
  • Research and Strategy: Conduct research on current trends in recovery and mental health to create relevant and engaging programs.
  • Curriculum Creation: Develop curricula, lesson plans, and resources for a variety of recovery-related topics such as relapse prevention, coping skills, and personal growth.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously assess the effectiveness of programs and make adjustments based on participant feedback and outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Program Director, facilitators, and other stakeholders to ensure that programs align with the foundation's goals and mission.
  • Documentation: Create detailed program outlines, timelines, and content that can be shared with facilitators and other team members.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to program facilitators to ensure that programs are delivered effectively.
