Purpose:

• To help the Volunteer Services Coordinator organize the Thanksgiving Volunteer Delivery operation.

Job Brief:

• The position of Seasonal Administrative Support serves to transfer data from paper

documents into computer files or database systems. Paper responses are returned to Ethos from our Nutrition department or via US Postal .and the volunteer will move the data into excel and our CRM system. The candidate will be comfortable with computers, fax machines, copy machines, keen eye for detail and handling of confidential information. Follow up phone calls and confirming requests for deliveries is also required of this position.

Hours/Schedule Information:

• This work can be done remotely or in our office. Hours are flexible, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are preferred if working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems

• Call clients directly and update excel if writing on forms is unclear

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents

• Update existing data

• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Requirements:

• Good keyboard skills

• Basic understanding of Excel Spreadsheets databases

• Good command of English both oral and written

• Good customer service skills

• Great attention to details
