24/7 Care at Home Hospice provides personalized care for patients and families facing the challenges of a life limiting illness. Our goal from a volunteer perspective is to provide comfort and help elevate quality of life for patients and families. By putting our unique gifts to work, we can lift spirits and fill hearts.

Mission Statement

To provide the highest individualized service that supports patients and families physically, emotionally and spiritually, emphasizing comfort and dignity, allowing patients to remain independent for as long as possible and in familiar surroundings. They offer bereaved and administrative support as well as music and pet therapy. We are always looking for licensed volunteers who want to provide personalized care such as hair styling and massage. Whatever your skill level, we would love to talk to you. Veterans strongly encouraged to apply, as well as bilingual Chinese, Korean Spanish and Vietnamese.

Our volunteers serve as an integral part of the interdisciplinary team in various settings, providing compassionate care for patients and their families.
