Position Overview:
The Meeting Facilitator will play a key role in supporting and guiding the various programs of Precious Pairs Inc. by leading, organizing, and facilitating meetings. The facilitator will ensure that meetings are productive, inclusive, and focused on achieving the program goals. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to keep discussions on track and encourage participant engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate regular meetings for Precious Pairs Inc. programs, including setting agendas, leading discussions, and managing time.
• Ensure meetings remain focused on goals and objectives, while fostering a collaborative and positive environment.
• Encourage participation and active engagement from all meeting participants.
• Provide clear and concise meeting recaps and follow-up action items to all attendees.
• Collaborate with program leaders to ensure meetings align with the goals and timelines of various Precious Pairs Inc. initiatives.
• Address any challenges or roadblocks that arise during meetings in a professional and solution-focused manner.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate different meeting times, as required by program needs.
