Join Us for the 2025 Connect & Thrive Women's Conference!
Camp S.W.A.G. has partnered with The Lady'z Lounge to manage volunteer efforts, and we’re seeking dedicated Female Teen Speakers, Adult Female Speakers and VIP Volunteers to help make this event a success! All volunteers will receive VIP status at the conference and After Party. Please note that while teen speakers will not be invited to the After Party, they will be provided with additional age-appropriate concessions.
We are thrilled to announce that the Connect & Thrive Women’s Conference-an inspiring one-day event tentatively scheduled for June 28, 2025, in the Raleigh-Durham area. This event is dedicated to empowering women through meaningful connections, entrepreneurship support, wellness practices, and professional growth-needs enthusiastic VIP volunteers. Your support is essential to the success of these events.

Female Teen Entrepreneurs as Speakers:

We are eager to highlight the voices of the next generation by featuring one or two female teenage entrepreneurs as speakers. This is an incredible opportunity for young women to share their entrepreneurial journeys, challenges, and successes. We encourage teen speakers to present on topics such as navigating the world of business as a young entrepreneur, balancing education and entrepreneurship, and the importance of resilience and creativity in their ventures. This role not only allows young entrepreneurs to inspire their peers but also helps them build confidence and develop public speaking skills in a supportive environment.

Female Adult Speakers:

We are also looking for accomplished female entrepreneurs and leaders to serve as speakers at the conference. Adult speakers will have the opportunity to present on a wide range of topics, including entrepreneurship, women’s empowerment, leadership strategies, career development, and wellness practices that support personal and professional growth. We encourage speakers to share their unique experiences in entrepreneurship, discuss overcoming obstacles, and provide insights into building successful businesses. Speakers will engage with attendees through interactive discussions and Q&A sessions, creating a dynamic and enriching experience. Description
Camp S.W.A.G. (Students With Ambitions & Goals) or CSWAG is an eco-friendly, non-profit organization to help teenagers 13-19 of different cultural, ethnic and economic backgrounds develop essential character traits - such as integrity, ambition and discipline - needed to succeed in life. We do this by facilitating a comprehensive mentorship program and by hosting yearly residential camps that balance S.T.E.M. based educational programs, sports activities, entrepreneurial workshops, financial workshops and volunteer activities. Such programs will ensure teenagers develop an appreciation for themselves, their community and the environment, while giving teenagers the opportunity and the means to grow, learn, and succeed.
