About DECODING DYSLEXIA UTAH
Location:
692 West Galena Grove Way, Draper, UT 84020, US
Mission Statement
Decoding Dyslexia Utah is a grassroots movement driven by Utah families concerned with the limited access to educational interventions for dyslexia in our public schools. We aim to raise dyslexia awareness, empower families to support their children and inform policy-makers on best practices to identify, remediate and support students with dyslexia in Utah public schools.
Description
This grassroots movement has made remarkable strides in raising awareness and driving change for students with dyslexia across our state. Through our tireless advocacy, we’ve been instrumental in passing important legislation, improving early dyslexia screening in schools, and ensuring teachers have the training necessary to support students with reading challenges.
Because of *Decoding Dyslexia Utah*, more children are being identified early and are receiving the interventions they need. Our dedication to empowering parents, educators, and policymakers has created a more inclusive education system-one that believes every child deserves the chance to read and succeed.
