EmpowerHer is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the development, execution, and management of key programs aimed at empowering women and girls. The Program Manager will work closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure that the organization’s initiatives run smoothly, meet their objectives, and align with the mission of EmpowerHer. This role is critical in driving the success of our programs and expanding the reach of our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development and Implementation: Lead the creation, design, and execution of EmpowerHer’s programs that focus on leadership, education, and empowerment for women and girls.
• Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all programs, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Track progress and report on program outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with community partners, schools, and local organizations to strengthen program reach and impact. Build relationships with external stakeholders to foster partnerships.
• Evaluation and Reporting: Develop metrics and assessment tools to evaluate the success of programs. Provide regular reports to leadership on program performance and areas for improvement.
• Budget Management: Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining program quality and integrity.
• Outreach and Promotion: Work with the marketing and communications team to promote programs, increase visibility, and engage participants through social media, newsletters, and community events.
• Volunteer Coordination: Oversee volunteer recruitment and management, ensuring volunteers are effectively integrated into program activities and receive appropriate training.
