Precious Pairs is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational support, mentorship, and opportunities for underprivileged children globally. Our programs aim to inspire young minds, equip them with critical skills, and foster their development through mentorship and educational classes.

The Class Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for promoting, coordinating, and facilitating outreach efforts to engage new participants in Precious Pairs' educational and mentorship classes. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for outreach initiatives, driving enrollment and ensuring successful communication with participants and stakeholders.

• Outreach Strategy Development: Develop and implement outreach strategies to recruit new students and participants for Precious Pairs' educational programs and classes.
• Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other relevant groups to encourage student participation in our programs.
• Promotion and Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials (flyers, emails, social media posts) to target potential participants.
• Class Enrollment Management: Track and manage student registration, ensuring seamless communication from sign-up through class completion.
• Program Support: Provide support to instructors and mentors, ensuring classes run smoothly by coordinating logistical needs and addressing any concerns or questions from participants.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing virtual open houses, information sessions, or events that introduce students and families to the available classes.
• Data Collection: Monitor and report on outreach progress, enrollment numbers, and student feedback to measure the impact of outreach efforts.
