The Program Leader will oversee and manage the development, implementation, and execution of various programs supporting leukemia patients, survivors, and their families. This individual will collaborate closely with volunteers, medical professionals, and the leadership team to ensure the successful delivery of educational, emotional, and financial support services. The Program Leader will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach and impact of our nonprofit’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs tailored to the needs of leukemia patients and their families.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers and staff involved in program delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, sponsors, and community partners to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Resource Coordination: Ensure that educational materials, financial aid, and emotional support resources are available to participants.
  • Event Planning: Organize virtual and in-person events such as awareness campaigns, workshops, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track program outcomes and prepare regular reports for the Executive Director and board members.
