I am an autistic adult with dyscalculia and cptsd, running an established theatre group with a great track record in Torbay. I find grant forms incredibly challenging and overwhelming to fill out, and I am seeking someone local who is able to help me apply for grants for the theatre group - this would involve helping fill out the forms in "Special grant funder language" as they like all sorts of buzzwords and special wording , and I also find that I misinterpret ambiguous questions on a regular basis, going by feedback where I have tried applying by myself. Most funders are very wary of supporting neurodivergent led projects in case we are a mess-about so I also need to find the ways to show them we are absolutely not a mess-about.

I am based in Brixham and happy to meet at my friend's cafe. I have a shortlist of grants I think might be suitable, but if you know of others I am always open to suggestions.
