Volunteer Operations Manager (Volunteer)

As a Volunteer Operations Manager, you will help ensure that the Church of New Enchantment’s mission is carried out effectively by managing our team of volunteers. This role involves coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring that volunteers are properly onboarded and supported. Your efforts will help the church maintain its daily operations and continue its outreach to those seeking spiritual growth and healing.

• Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate volunteer activities, including task delegation.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new volunteers and provide ongoing support.
• Track volunteer hours and ensure all operations align with our mission.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
