Time commitment - 6 hours/week
Description: As a Video Production Assistant for STEM Canada, you'll help with setting up and organizing video equipment, coordinating filming logistics, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the production team to ensure smooth video creation. This role offers hands-on experience in video production and contributes to a global educational project.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and organizing video production equipment, ensuring everything is ready for shoots.
Support the production team with scheduling and coordinating filming sessions, ensuring all logistics are in place.
Handle various administrative tasks such as organizing files, managing schedules, and tracking project progress.
Help manage production logistics including transportation, set arrangements, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during production, ensuring that the team can work effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
Strong ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic understanding of video production equipment and processes is helpful.
Experience with administrative tasks and logistics.
Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with the production team and support their needs.
Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.
