Are you passionate about creating compelling video content and eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of digital media? We invite you to showcase your skills and make an impact by volunteering for 4 months on our exciting new STEM Canada YouTube channel project. As a valued member of our team, you’ll collaborate with talented professionals, contribute to innovative content, and build a portfolio that stands out in the industry. Join us and turn your creativity into captivating stories that will reach audiences around the globe!

Responsibilities:

Develop engaging and informative scripts for a variety of video formats (e.g., educational videos, interviews, animations, vlogs).

Conduct thorough research on STEM topics to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Collaborate with the channel management and production teams to create effective scripts.

Adhere to brand guidelines and channel style while maintaining a captivating tone.

Assist in storyboarding and script development for video production.

Contribute to script revisions based on feedback and analytics.

Qualifications:

Strong writing and storytelling abilities with a passion for STEM.

Excellent research and information gathering skills.

Ability to adapt writing style to different target audiences.

Understanding of video production and storytelling techniques.

Proficiency in scriptwriting software (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
