Are you passionate about creating compelling video content and eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of digital media? We invite you to showcase your skills and make an impact by volunteering for 4 months on our exciting new STEM Canada YouTube channel project. As a valued member of our team, you’ll collaborate with talented professionals, contribute to innovative content, and build a portfolio that stands out in the industry. Join us and turn your creativity into captivating stories that will reach audiences around the globe!

• Create compelling and visually appealing thumbnails that accurately represent video content.
• Understand and incorporate YouTube's thumbnail guidelines and best practices.
• Experiment with different design styles and elements to optimize click-through rates.
• Collaborate with the video production team to ensure thumbnail consistency with video content.
• Stay up to date with design trends and audience preferences.
• Analyze thumbnail performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Understanding of visual storytelling and composition.
• Ability to create visually engaging and attention-grabbing designs.
• Knowledge of YouTube and social media platforms.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Gain valuable experience in graphic design and video marketing.
• Develop your creative skills and build a strong design portfolio.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the STEM Canada YouTube channel.
• Opportunity to learn about visual design and audience psychology.
