Join Rally Club Seattle, a collaborative, after-school group mentor community with some amazing, thoughtful, creative, resilient, and hilarious teens and tweens.
Did you know that the CDC reported 42% of teens in the US feel persistently sad or hopeless, and 57% of females feel persistently sad or hopeless, and 42% of all teens feel this way?
Rally Club believes in the power of relationships and community to help underserved youth reach their fullest potential. Our vision is that youth will have a community of support to surround them through middle school and beyond.
Connectedness not only has a powerful protective effect on mental health, but also improves other youth outcomes such confidence, concern for others, and academic competence. Caring mentors like you create a welcoming, fun, and inclusive community that teens and tweens want to be a part of! Time is spent in larger group activities and well as in small groups and in giving individualized attention. Activities are tailored to youth interest, and may include arts and crafts, PE type games (relays, dodgeball), pickleball, ping pong, board games, cooking, and more. Mentors may also serve as tutors, helping with homework as needed.
We are located on-site at Eckstein Middle School, and are excited to have the opportunity to build a sense of belonging at school, to have access to experts like counselors, teachers, and administrators, and to have use of spaces like gyms and fields. Youth and school communities need your help! Be a part of something!

Mission Statement
Our mission at Rally Club Seattle is to empower youth to reach their greatest potential.
Description
Rally Club is a group mentorship program that helps underserved youth in middle school reach their fullest potential using individualized academic support, sports, and variety of activities and opportunities designed to engage youth and broaden their horizons.
Quality mentoring relationships are proven to have profound, positive effects on young people.
Rally Club began in 2022 with 6 participating youth and has grown to have 17 enrolled students. Goals are to get to know each child and their families well, build trust, and be a consistent, long-term presence. Rally Club started with middle school because it is an important, transitional phase where youth need a lot of support, yet are often overlooked by programs focused on younger children.
Programming takes place after school on the campus of Seattle's Magnuson Park.
