ORGANIZATION: Lahai Health

Our Mobile Clinic

Lahai Health is partnering with "Project Casino Road" a collaborative of local non profits vested in providing accessibility to resources by working out of the established community center "The Village"

Home - Village on Casino Road

The Village is exactly what it sounds like - a collection of neighbors and organizations coming together to serve our community. Over a dozen community organizations collaborate to bring on-site services and resources to the Village. We also offer space for community events, meetings, celebrations, and any other community space needs we are able to support.

We held our first primary health clinic on Friday, September 6th 2024 and will follow with a primary health clinic every Friday from this point forward.

We are looking for Licensed Medical Providers, Nursing, Reception and an increased need for bi lingual individuals to assist in communincating as English is not primarly the first language of many coming to this clinic.

As a part of Lahai's volunteer team you will self schedule when and where you can volunteer which provides a great amount of flexibility to accomodate your busy schedule.

Medical Providers will be provided malpractice insurance if they do not have coverage or would not be covered as a volunteer at our clinic. Hours volunteered are counted as continuing education.

Mission Statement

Lahai Health’s mission is: Providing quality and compassionate health care to the under-served showing Christ’s love to everyone. Our services include integrated and comprehensive medical, dental, and mental health counseling.

Description

Lahai Health is a clinic providing health care to underserved individuals and families in King and Snohomish Counties. Our services include integrated and comprehensive medical, dental, and mental health counseling.

Today, more than half a million individuals in Washington State do not have access to adequate health, dental, or counseling care. We know that having access to direct care services is essential to the well-being and improved quality of life for everyone. Medical, dental, and mental health are difficult services to access for the vulnerable in our communities. Since 2003 we have been able to provide quality and compassionate healthcare through a dedicated network of volunteers, donors, and community partners - motivated to show Christ’s love through care to all under-served people.

With an established practice and diverse base of staff and volunteers, Lahai Health is more impassioned than ever to keep making a difference by providing access to healthcare. Lahai Health provides care through each of our services that is intentionally modeled to be holistic and individualized for every patient that walks through our doors. While we meet immediate healthcare needs of each person, our long-term goal is to care for the whole individual, meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient.
