Elysium Hospice Care is looking for volunteers to aid in patient companionship. Patient companionship involves patient visitations to provide extra comfort and companionship for different patients under our care. This comfort can also be extended to the family of the patient during this period of change. For our patient companion volunteers we are also trying to find individuals willing to drive (Greatly in need in the Hemet area). This opportunity will be done on a schedule that will be agreed on upon your on-boarding.

Also, please understand that we are a hospice, not a hospital. We deal with end of life comfort care, and the patients we care for are located in their homes or in facilities. Again, please keep in mind that traveling to patients will be a requriement for this volunteer position.

We would love to have you be a part of the team! Please email us if you have any questions (nathalie.paalam@elysiumhci.com).
