Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and volunteer management.

Develop event timelines, budgets, and marketing plans.

Ensure that events run smoothly and forecasting any issues that arise

Evaluate the success of events and make recommendations for improvements

Attend bi-weekly team meetings every Tuesdays at 12:00 pm MDT

Qualifications:

Experience in event planning and coordination

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers, vendors, and staff members
