SEM Link is Celebrating National Chemistry Week by engaging Metro Atlanta students in hands-on chemistry activities in the community. We will be engaging youth in South Fulton County and Douglas County. Volunteers will need to come up with their own activities and supplies for the activities. If you need guidance on coming up with an activity, then we can assist you.

This is an individual or group volunteer opportunity taking place during the weekday and on Saturdays. Those who volunteer during the weekday at our community partner sites must volunteer between the hours of 5:30pm-7:30pm and those who are volunteering on Saturday will do so between 10am-2pm.

Volunteers are expected to conduct a hands-on STEM activity or interactive chemistry demonstrations that lasts 30-45 minutes; it can be multiple activities and demonstrations in that time frame.
