The National Pet Advocacy and Welfare Society (NPAWS) believes that all pets are born beautiful. The NPAWS Pet Positive Movement is working to end normalized pet cruelty by saving tails, ears, claws, and more from non-therapeutic invasive procedures. Such needless actions as tail docking, ear cropping, declawing, and other antiquated traditions have no place in modern America.

NPAWS is a 501(c)3 charitable organization. We are 100% volunteer run and based in Austin, TX.

Position Summary:

As the 100% remote volunteer Google Ads Manager, you will be a critical member of our team as we strive to make a difference for America’s pets.

As a non-profit, we have been approved for $10,000 per month in grants for Google Ads. Our aim is to utilize the Google Ads grant and want our ads to be focused on generating awareness for NPAWS and our cause.

In this role you will help us promote our business, raise awareness, and increase website traffic and promote our events on Google using the Google Ads grant. You will lead the strategy development, project management, execution, and analysis of digital campaigns using our Google Ads Grant.

Position Requirements and Responsibilities:

• 2 + years exp with MSFT or Google Ad grants campaign creation and optimization

• Create effective keyword groups and leverage the budget to top-performing keywords & Search Engine Optimization [SEO]

• Run campaigns & recommend modifications of our website

• Ability to work with and utilizing Google Analytics and other attribution solutions

• Proactive in researching and analyzing competitor advertising programs in efforts to maximize the effectiveness of our cause.

Time Commiment:

• 5-10 Hours a week very flexible
