Title: Join Us in the Fight Against Human Trafficking - Walk for Freedom Volunteers Needed!

Organization: Guardians For Freedom (GFF)
Event Date: October 19th, 8:30 AM
Location: Redding, CA

About the Event: The Walk for Freedom is a powerful, nationwide event that takes place every October to raise awareness about human trafficking. This year, Guardians For Freedom is hosting Redding’s 2nd Annual Walk for Freedom on October 19th, and we need your help to make it a success!

Volunteer Opportunities:

  1. Walk Participants: Stand with us and help raise awareness by joining the walk. Bring your friends, family, and classmates to be part of this important cause.

  2. Event Volunteers: Assist with various tasks, including registration, guiding participants, and providing support along the walk route. Your help will be crucial in ensuring the event runs smoothly.

  3. Set-Up and Tear-Down Crew: Help us prepare the event site before the walk and assist with taking down after it concludes. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy hands-on work.

  4. Sponsorship Outreach: Reach out to local businesses to secure sponsorships that will support the event and raise funds for our cause.

  5. Media and Promotion Assistants: Help us spread the word by assisting with social media, flyer distribution, and other promotional activities.

Why Volunteer?

  • Make a Difference: Be part of a global movement to end human trafficking.
  • Gain Experience: Develop skills in event planning, community outreach, and marketing.
  • Build Community: Connect with like-minded individuals who are passionate about making a change.
  • Receive a Certificate: All volunteers will receive a certificate of participation as a token of appreciation.

How to Get Involved: If you’re ready to make an impact, sign up to volunteer or participate in the Walk for Freedom! To join us, please contact Deborah at infor@guardiansforfreedom.org or visit www.guardiansforfreedom.org.
