Join us at our fall Gathering for Impact Brunch, a unique farm-to-table experience where you can enjoy a delicious meal while learning about the impactful work of the Homeless Garden Project. This event will take place from 11 am - 1:45 pm.
Volunteer Roles Needed:
Set-up Crew (10 Volunteers needed)
Help set up tables, chairs, and decorations to create a warm, inviting atmopshers for our event.
Arrive at 9:30 am to ensure everything is ready before guests arrive.
Serving Cew (15 Volunteers Needed)
Assist with serving food and beverages to guests, enysring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Provide friendly and attentive service, making guests feel welcomed and appreciated.
Time commitment: 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Clean-up Crew (10 Volunteers Needed)
Assist with breaking down tables, chairs, and decorations after the event.
Work as part of a team to leave the space spotless and ready for the next day.
Time commitment: 1:45 - 3 pm
This is a fantastic way to get involved with the community, support our mission, and make a direct impact. You’ll enjoy the beautiful fall setting of our farm, meet like-minded people, and play crucial role in making this event a success.

Mission Statement
The Santa Cruz Homeless Garden Project helps men and women gain skills and confidence to enter wider communities. We provide training and transitional employment within a community-supported organic garden. Volunteers have many opportunities to learn about and help in the garden, in the kitchen, and with special events.
Description
The Homeless Garden Project (HGP) provides paid job training, transitional employment, and support services to people experiencing homelessness. In complement, the Project operates a community education and volunteer program that serves over 2,500 people annually. The programs take place at our 3.5-acre organic farm and related enterprises. Volunteers have many opportunities to learn about and help in the garden, in the kitchen, and with special events.
