Detailed Description

This is a remote volunteer project that is completed at your location and convenience. You can purchase the items on the materials list below, organize a supply drive within an organization or school or purchase pre-made kits or items from our Amazon wish list https://a.co/1ulpz57 . Materials must be in new condition. CHS team members will share the items based on the greatest need of the clients they serve. This is a great opportunity to receive community service hours. There is no limit to how many hours you can receive. Once completed, the kits can be mailed or dropped off to a location nearest you. We have drop off sites in Orlando, Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Homestead. For volunteer verification letter or questions please email julie.young@chsfl.org. Step 1: Complete a profile on our volunteer website https://chsfl.volunteerhub.com Step 2: Register under "Fall Fun Kit." Step 3: Register for how many events according to how many hours you are in need of. Example-each event represents 2 hours. If you are in need of 8 hours -register for four events. Step 4: Make sure your kit contains 5 different items. Or you can purchase items directly from our Amazon wish list- https://a.co/1ulpz57 . Each kit or 1 item purchased from our Amazon wish list will earn you 2 hours of volunteer time.
