- Role Description: Volunteer coordination volunteers play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting volunteers at Break Free Initiative.
- Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and onboarding new volunteers through outreach efforts, networking, and targeted recruitment strategies.
- Scheduling volunteer shifts and coordinating assignments based on volunteer availability and organizational needs.
- Providing training and support to volunteers, including orientation sessions, training workshops, and ongoing guidance and assistance.
