- Role Description: Event support volunteers assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events organized by Break Free Initiative.
- Responsibilities:
- Helping with event planning and logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and coordinating vendors.
- Setting up and dismantling event spaces, arranging furniture, decorations, and signage.
- Assisting with registration, guest services, and attendee support during events, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
- Providing on-site assistance during events, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise and helping to ensure the event runs smoothly.
