New Life Serenity Center believes that empowering women can transform communities. We are currently seeking a dedicated, reliable, and consistent Member Success Manager. Our core program meets women where they are and provides them with concrete tools for future success. This is a flexible, unpaid position requiring 5-10 hours per week, where you'll collaborate closely with our Leadership team to create lasting change.

Your Impactful Role:

As the Member Success Manager, you will be the first point of contact for prospective members who are hungry for their own success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and facilitating interviews with prospective members.

• Assessing their fit for the organization and proposing suitable programs for members.

• Onboarding qualified members into our programs.

• Acquiring general data and maintaining it in our CRM system.

• Serving as the first Member connection to NLSC, ensuring a welcome experience, introducing them to our areas of service and creating their personal roadmap.

• Collecting feedback and testimonials from our members while guiding them along their journey.

Role Requirements:

• Availability during EST office hours

• Willingness to participate in very occasional weekend team meetings

• Experience with MS Office Suite and CRM systems, or a strong willingness to learn

• A high level of confidentiality and empathy

• Familiarity with the 12-step program

• A background in HR, social work, or case management is preferred
