Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Leader to oversee and implement educational and community support initiatives that aim to break the cycle of poverty in underprivileged areas across Nigeria. The Program Leader will be responsible for coordinating programs, managing volunteers, and ensuring that all projects align with the organization’s mission of empowering individuals through education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of educational and community support programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, tutoring sessions, and resource distribution to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage and support volunteers and staff involved in various programs.
  • Collaborate with schools, local leaders, and community organizations to foster partnerships.
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, ensuring they meet set goals and impact measures.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Executive Director on program progress.
  • Identify areas for improvement and innovation in existing programs.
